This picture shows the baseboard de-watering track system.
This diagram shows the basic principals that allow the
baseboard de-watering track system (most commomly used) to protect your home from invasive water
This trip hazard caused a broken leg for one customer.
After lifting, this step is now level and much safer.
Below is a basement wall crack before structural reinforcement
with 4" steel I-Beams.
The crack in this wall is completely closed after installing
the I-Beams. Now this wall is straight and secure again.
This is a red brick foundation that is approximately
150 years old.
After this foundation replacement, the house
sits on a new 8" thick reinforced footing and concrete block walls.

Concrete Slab and Foundation Lifting – Concrete lifting, otherwise known as mud-jacking or slab-jacking is a proven process that has been around
since the 1930's. Since all concrete is subject to cracking and settling, lifting concrete has become a well-known alternative
to replacement. The process begins by strategically drilling into the concrete slab, injecting a slurry mixture that contains
portland cement, and then patching the hole using concrete. This injected slurry mixture does three things. First, it
spreads out to fill all voids under the concrete, second it compacts the ground under the slab, and third it lifts the concrete
to its previous, original height. The holes drilled are usually 2 to 5 feet apart and are approximately 1¼”
inches in diameter. The portland cement is added to the injected mixture to ensure our material resists erosion and rodents.
The concrete used to patch your holes is carefully mixed and applied to attempt to match the color and texture of your concrete
as close as possible. A slight difference in color is typical, however.
Some
of the benefits of concrete lifting verses replacement - Most jobs
are completed in one day and can be used while the work is being performed. Typically there is no disturbance to the surrounding yard and landscaping. The color / texture of your concrete will remain the same. Lifting your concrete slab helps to compact the soil under your slab and prevent future settling. The cost of lifting your concrete is usually much lower than replacing,
especially for larger slabs.

Are your walls cracked, leaning or caving
in? We can straighten, stabilize, or even replace your foundation walls. To straighten and stabilize
the foundation walls in your basement, we use our superior 4” steel I-beams. To simply stabilize your foundation
walls, we can either use our 4" steel I-beams, or we offer carbon-fiber reinforcements. These ultra thin and super
strong reinforcements offer the strength and durability of steel without the size. Stabalization of your basement
walls can be done at any time to prevent cracks from worsening or just to prevent any problems with your already structurally
sound walls. After an on-site evaluation, our 4" I-beams are custom built and ready
to install when we arrive. They are primered gray and ready to paint if you desire. These beams are placed vertically at approximately
5 foot intervals. The bottom of the beams are anchored into the existing concrete floor using steel pins. The top of the beam
is anchored to the existing structure of the home after being hydrologically maneuvered into position. These beams then become
a permanent part of the home's structure. All Jacked Up Concrete Lifters offers a lifetime warranty against the structural
failure or breakage of these steel I-beams.

Is your basement plagued
with water and moisture problems? We offer several types of basement waterproofing
systems that will protect your home, valuables, and basement walls from water damage. The most popular system is our baseboard
channel de-watering track system. All of our systems relieve your basement walls from the strain of hydrostatic pressure
(which usually leads to bowing and cracking) and channels that water away for proper discharge. The water collected can be
routed into a sump pump or existing drain. In addition to installing your basement waterproofing system, we also install sump
pumps or other drainage options as required by the needs of your home. Our paintable baseboard channel is approximately 4
inches tall and protrudes from the wall approximately 1½ inches. Our other systems are installed as sub-grade
systems that become permanent fixtures below your concrete basement floor.
